<p style="margin-bottom: 0; text-align: justify; line-height: normal"><span lang="EN" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial", sans-serif">The contract shall commence on </span><strong><em><span lang="EN" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial", sans-serif">31<sup>st</sup> July 2023</span></em></strong><span lang="EN" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial", sans-serif"> and terminate on </span><strong><em><span lang="EN" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial", sans-serif">30<sup>th</sup> July 2026</span></em></strong><span lang="EN" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial", sans-serif">. The council may extend the opportunity for two further periods of 12 months<em>.</em> The bidder/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Tender will be awarded the contract. </span></p>
