<p>Liverpool City Council and School Improvement Liverpool are seeking a provider to create and deliver a 3 year development programme across all Secondary, Special and Primary schools in the City.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The programme will contribute towards the achievement of the Liverpool Education Improvement Plan priority 4,&nbsp;Ensure that Liverpool&nbsp;recruits, develops, supports, and retains&nbsp;the best teachers and leaders.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The main aims of the programme will be to:</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Grow a pool of new headteachers from within the authority</li>
<li>Develop the expertise of school leaders in shaping culture, curriculum and continuous professional development</li>
<li>Develop a team of Teacher Educators working across the authority</li>
<li>Improve the quality of teaching</li>
</ul>
