LAWYERS IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT SOUTHERN BRANCH
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF
LEGAL SERVICES
Tenders are sought by members of Lawyers in Local Government
(LLG) from suitably qualified and experienced firms of solicitors to
provide, under call-off arrangements, a range of legal services in the
following areas:
• Planning
• Property
• Employment
• Commercial
• Civil and Criminal Litigation
• Adult Services
• Childcare Services
• General Local Government Matters
• Monitoring Officer Support
The call-off arrangements are intended to complement existing in-house
services.
Firms may tender to carry out work in any number of the legal
practice areas. A maximum of 8 firms will be appointed for each of
the legal practice areas. The contracts will be for a period of 3 years
(which an option to extend for a further year).
