Inspection and servicing is to be carried out in accordance with the Specification, as contained within Contract Data Volume 3 and the Gantry Maintenance Manual, at quarterly, half yearly and annual intervals.

The gantries traverse along rails suspended from the underside of the Tamar Bridge.
As a key part of this procurement process, any prospective tenderer will, at their own cost and risk, be expected to attend, or at least be represented at, the designated Provider Information Event to be held at the Bridge Office and currently scheduled for 1pm on Wednesday 21st February, 2018.
Attendance is strongly advised but not mandatory and any contractors unable to be in attendance will, along with those who were, be provided in writing with any information or questions raised and answers given on the day, to ensure all parties have the same information to base their tender submissions upon and avoid any future confusion or misunderstandings concerning the specification and scope of requirements etc.
