Description
The supply and delivery of office furniture including operator chairs, desks, storage, meeting room furniture, screens, break out and steel storage for delivery direct to individual customer establishments.
Lot No: 1 - Office Furniture - National Direct Supply. The supply, delivery and installation of a comprehensive range of office furniture including desks, chairs, screens, storage, break-out and steel storage direct to individual customer establishments. Delivery is to be available nationally and customers will deal directly with the awarded suppliers.
Lot No: 2 - Smart Buy Office Furniture (Including Steel Storage). The supply, delivery and installation of Smart Buy office furniture for direct delivery to individual customer establishments.
Lot No: 3 - Office Furniture - Standard Ranges. The supply, delivery and installation of office furniture for direct delivery to individual customer establishments.
Lot No: 4 - Breakout Furniture. The supply, delivery and installation of breakout furniture for direct delivery to individual customer establishments.
Lot No: 5 - Steel Storage. The supply, delivery and installation of steel storage furniture for direct delivery to individual customer establishments.
The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined https://www.espo.org/ESPO/media/Documents/FAQs/ESPO-s_powers_to_trade__website_-2016-12-22.pdf) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
