Description
<p>The purpose of this tender is to allow Leicestershire County Council to appoint several consultants onto the ETCF framework agreement for the provision of comprehensive transport planning and policy, modelling, engineering and technical advice. The framework delivers land use and transport interaction. Other advice such as the formation of rail, road and aviation policy, microsimulation modelling, auditing, and environmental assessments are also covered by this tender.</p>
