Description
PIN: Thanet District Council is the statutory harbour authority for the Port of Ramsgate and the Council is intending to undertake a procurement process to attract and secure a port operator for two primary roll on/roll off (ro-ro) berths at the Port of Ramsgate and associated port side land by way of a services concession and the procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (as amended).

This prior information notice is being published to indicate Thanet District Council’s intention to commence market engagement with organisations within the ports and harbours market.

The Council is seeking to engage with the market to help inform its procurement exercise and a prospectus providing details of the opportunity has been published here on the Kent Business Portal, which can be accessed by submitting an expressions of interest through this contract opportunity page.
