Description
ESPO is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the supply of a range of commercial catering equipment along with additional associated services such as design, install, maintenance, hire and full turnkey solutions.

Lot No. 1: Turnkey Solutions. Supply a full turnkey solution including kitchen design, commercial catering equipment and installation services with the option to provide additional on-going support and maintenance services if required by the customer. Lot 1 is for the supply of goods and services to ESPO Customers within the administrative regions of the UK.

Lot No. 2: Supply of Commercial Catering Equipment. Supply a range of commercial catering equipment with the option for additional services (such as installation or removal of old equipment) if required by the customer. Lot 2 is for the supply of goods and services to ESPO Customers within the administrative regions of the UK.

Lot No. 3: Maintenance Response Services. Repair and on-going support and maintenance services for commercial catering equipment - provision of services to ESPO Customers within the administrative regions of the UK.

Lot No. 4: Hire of Commercial Catering Equipment. The hire of a range of commercial catering equipment to ESPO Customers within the administrative regions of the UK.

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.

As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined https://www.espo.org/ESPO/media/Documents/FAQs/ESPO-s_powers_to_trade__website_-2016-12-22.pdf) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire and Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
