PAN2815 - The Leys Refurbishment

<p style="margin-left: 0; text-align: justify">The Leys, Upper Temple Walk, Leicester LE4 0SW is a seven-storey block consisting of thirty-three self-contained units divided into eleven one-bedroomed apartments and 22 studios (bedsits). Following the undertaking of a detailed feasibility study which looked at a number of options to re-configure the recently acquired building, the building is to be fully refurbished in order to meet current regulatory standards for residential units of accommodation within buildings of multiple occupation incorporating:</p>
