Soft Market Testing - Integrated Sexual Health Clinical Service and aligned Services

Description
The London Boroughs of Wandsworth and Richmond upon Thames are seeking suitably qualified providers to participate in a soft market testing exercise relating to the delivery of an Integrated Sexual Health Clinical Service and Aligned Services across both boroughs. There is also the likelihood that one other South West London borough will join a future procurement exercise but this is still to be finalised.

The purpose of this soft market testing exercise is to determine whether or not there is sufficient interest in the marketplace for the delivery of the Integrated Sexual Health Clinical Service from existing, as well as new providers, to inform future commissioning intentions and the development/refinement of the service specification. The Councils are also keen to explore ways which can improve Sexual Health Outcomes and improve the cost effectiveness of the service.

This exercise is not a formal tendering process. Participation in this exercise is completely voluntary and submitting, or not submitting a response, would not preclude you from any further procurement activity.

A background to the Integrated Sexual Health Clinical Service is set out in the Soft Market Questionnaire which is available on the e-sourcing portal www.delta-esourcing.com
The Councils are seeking written responses to the Questionnaire (there is no obligation to answer all the questions; no scoring will take place).

Following the submission of the questionnaire and upon consideration of the responses, the Councils may wish to invite providers to attend a follow up meeting to discuss responses. Attendance is not in any way mandatory but a face to face discussion would of course assist the Councils in determining future commissioning and procurement intentions.

Submitting the Questionnaire

To participate in this opportunity, providers must access and refer to the questionnaire at www.delta-esourcing.com
