ITT For MISC-21-22-04 Architect Services ILS Refresh Scheme

<p>Description: &ndash; Rochdale Boroughwide Housing is seeking the services of an experienced and RIBA accredited Architectural practice to support its Asset team with developing a new refreshing appearance to the communal areas of 5 Independent Living Schemes (ILS) over the next 4 years. Jack McCann Court Trafalgar Street, Rochdale OL16 2EE, Fieldway Broad Lane, Rochdale, OL16 4PX, Tonge Court Oldham Road, Middleton M24 2JY, Ryefields Hurstead Green, Rochdale OL12 9QS Saxon House West View, Littleborough OL15 OJR. The contract is for : 4 years with the option to extend a further year if required. There will be an opportunity for the Consultant to attend and present their proposal that bears a 10% weighting. RBH reserves the right to only invite the Consultants that are within the 10% frame of being successfully appointed following the outcome of assessment involved in evaluation sections A, B and D. The presentation will take place on 09 February 2022 and you are asked to keep this date available in your diary should you be invited. All Tenderers will be notified in writing of the outcome of their tender submission at the earliest opportunity. The form of tender is to be returned via the Chest portal on or before the return date and time detailed. ****NOTE: The successful contractor must enter into a Data Processing Agreement with RBH in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR.*** To enable RBH to answer any clarifications in a timely manner and to ensure that RBH are able to respond to all Architectural practices please ensure that any queries are submitted no less than 3 days prior to the quotation return date.
