Building Fabric Reactive Maintenance Services

The Council seeks experienced companies wishing to tender for a Building Fabric Reactive Maintenance Services Framework which delivers:

o Statutory compliance
o Reactive maintenance
o Minor works (Potential ad-hoc requests for minor capital project works up to a value of circa £25,000. NB: These works are not guaranteed to the Service Providers)

The Framework will be divided into 4 Lots described below. Companies can bid for a maximum of 2 Lots.

The Council will call-off contracts from each Lot to deliver the service for three years for the corporate & schools sites.

The Council may decide to call-off for a further 3 years following the initial 3 year contract.

The 4 year Framework will be accessible to other Public Sector bodies within and outside Buckinghamshire.

The value of the framework is in the range of £1.5M to £10M

BCC has adopted Constructionline, a certification service for construction-related contractors, to reduce the administrative burden on those wishing to apply for this opportunity.
If you are registered with Constructionline, you only need to supply your Constructionline membership no. &complete our technical questions. Log-in to your Constructionline profile to confirm your info is accurate, you're registered for General Building / Building Refurb over 15K and have an appropriate notation value. You must do this by 8th November to ensure any changes are made before the closing date.
Suppliers not registered with Constructionline are encouraged to do so as it will simplify the pre-qualification process.
