Description
Trafford Council and Trafford Housing Trust are looking to support particular groups of people in Trafford to lead healthier lifestyles.

We are looking for projects that can help people to amongst other things, stop smoking, be more physically active, eat healthier, feel emotionally strong, and get screened for health conditions earlier. We are only interested in projects that can help people that might find it more difficult to access regular health and wellbeing support. This includes: • BAME communities • People with mental health issues from BAME communities • Deaf community • People with disabilities and long term health conditions (especially in deprived areas) • People with learning disabilities and autism • Older people (especially fuel poverty/ deprived communities).
