Supply, Installation and Commissioning of UTMC Outstations

Torbay Council operates a network for roads located in South Devon, comprising three major urban areas Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. The Torbay network comprises many of the infrastructure and traffic control systems used typically for urban traffic control. This Tender has been put together to invite suitably experienced suppliers to assist Torbay Council to upgrade their existing traffic control infrastructure.

Torbay Council wish to appoint one supplier to supply, install and commission replacement outstations for a series of junctions within their network. To be successful, Applicants must demonstrate to Torbay Council the technical suitability of their organisation and hardware, as well as providing the optimum solution from a cost perspective.
