Description
Sefton currently commissions a range of support for family’s pre and post adoption.
We are currently looking for providers who are able to deliver various types of support to ensure that families have as much choice as possible when purchasing therapies. At this stage we are simply asking providers to submit contact details in order that they may be invited to bid for this type of work via mini competition.
Mini competitions will be used to purchase therapies from July 2017, via email until a wider regional framework is in place which is anticipated to be later this year. Further quality and specific outcomes will be sought through mini competition.
Sefton are looking for Providers who can deliver the following types of support:

Short Break
Therapeutic services provided in a short break / respite setting – confirmation of the therapy sessions and that it will be provided by a qualified therapist.

Life story work with a therapeutic intervention - where therapy is used to help the young person understand and cope with the trauma and difficulties that their life story work might revisit.

Interested Providers

Providers interested in taking part in any future mini competitions are required to submit the following information as a response to this RFI:

1. A brief summary of the types of service you provide.
2. The area/areas of support you wish to be considered for.
3. A generic email address to whom the mini competition can be sent.
4. A named contact person and telephone number to discuss the requirement.


Please submit your response as an attachment in word format.


The closing date for submissions is Wednesday 12th July 2017 at 12:00 hours
