Day opportunities of Wokingham Borough Residents

<p>Market engagement Event Wokingham Borough Council is currently reviewing how it delivers day opportunities to the resident of the Borough. We are inviting interested providers, who currently work within the Borough and provide day services, to attend a market engagement session and share their ideas with us. We would be looking to understand how the events over the last two years have affected the market and how we can shape our requirements to best reflect on the challenges that providers are facing.</p>
<p><em>The council is currently reviewing how day opportunities are delivered to its residents.&nbsp; We want to ensure we have a day opportunity offer for residents that offers development, choice and value for money&rdquo;</em></p>
<p>The event will take place on Friday 6^th May at 10am &ndash; 12pm at Civic Offices, Shute End, Council Chamber</p>
<p>Providers, who can demonstrate delivery of day service within the Borough, will be invited to attend the market engagement session. When expressing interest, please clarify what area of the Borough you cover. Interest can be registered via the Messaging function of the system &ndash; please return a message stating location of operations, as well as a brief breakdown of what Day Service tasks you perform</p>
<p>Further information on the scope of the discussions will be issued closer to the event date.</p>
