The Council is seeking the services of a supplier to deliver Architect and Principal Designer Services for 8-14 Prince of Wales Road, Bournemouth BH4 9HE and 129-139 Princess Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH4 9HG
The project at these sites is to deliver a series of multi-story blocks of one, two and three bedroom apartments (estimated at 120no. total); a 20-room family hostel with associated communal facilities; parking and external works. The estimated build value is £15M.
The successful supplier will be expected to commence the services in May 2018. The supplier will be required to ensure the services are completed by April 2022 (estimated end of Defects).
A notice was sent to the European Journal regarding this opportunity on 6 March 2018.
