Poole Housing Partnership manage the Housing Stock for the Borough of Poole. PHP manages 4,507 tenanted properties and 585 leasehold properties on behalf of the Borough of Poole. Of the properties managed, 6 of these are high rise buildings (10 storeys, or above).

PHP are seeking tender submissions for annual insurance policies, which commence on 1st October 2018. The contracts will run for a period of 36 months from the contract start date with an option to extend for a further two additional 12 month periods given Poole Housing Partnerships approval. Total potential contract length of 60 months.

This Invitation to Tender incorporates the following classes of business: Material Damage, Business Interruption, Money, Computers, Employers Liability, Public and Products Liability, Libel and Slander, Fidelity Guarantee and Motor Fleet. All premiums must be quoted net of commission but including 3.5% MSA to JLT.

A notice was sent to the European Journal regarding this opportunity on 26 June 2018.
