The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is proposing to hold a Supplier Briefing Session on Monday 5th December 2016, for the re-tender of the council’s Local Voices Contract. The council is seeking to commission a provider for the continued development and delivery of an engagement model for the representation and involvement of people with disabilities in Tower Hamlets.
Supplier Briefing Event
The Council intends on holding a supplier briefing session on:
Date: Monday 5th December 2016,
Time: 9.30 until 11.30am
Place: Tower Hamlets Council Mulberry Place, Clove Crescent, E14.
The Purpose of this event is to inform the market of the Council's intent to re-tender the delivery of Local Voices services and the processes and requirements that will need to be followed and met to tender for this opportunity.
Deadline for registration to attend the Supplier Briefing (via the portal):

If you are interested and would like to come along to learn more about our requirements then you will need to register interest and book a place to attend the supplier briefing, please submit your registration for the event via following link on the London tenders Portal.
Confirmation of bookings will be sent via the London Tenders Portal after 1st December 2016. Note that places are limited and to avoid disappointment, you will need to express an interest as soon as possible and Complete the information required on the Portal.
The anticipated contract start date is: January 2017
The estimated value of the contract is: £25,000 Per Annum
For a period of: 24 months with the option to extend for a further 12 month period.
Supplementary Information:
Interested Suppliers should note the following:
• Potentially interested Suppliers are encouraged to book places to attend the event, but attendance is entirely at Supplier discretion, and Council scoring of any future bids will take no account of attendance at the Briefing;
• Cost of attendance is entirely at the cost of suppliers;
• At the briefing, the Council will give a PowerPoint presentation of what the proposed procurement will plan to achieve;
• Supplier questions at the Briefing will be taken, and answered in writing to all Suppliers. This will ensure continuity of information to all suppliers and potential suppliers.
