Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of highway maintenance works.
Scope of the Works
The contract is part of Swindon’s capital funded maintenance programme.
The works involve gully cleansing, waste disposal and data capture in Swindon and includes a total number of approximately 9000 gullies within the Borough.
Contract Period
The contract will be for a period of 32 weeks subject to satisfactory performance.
The work is scheduled to commence in December 2016.
Expression of Interest
Applicants will not be required to pre-qualify prior to Invitation to Tenders being issued, but an expression of interest is required to be submitted by 21st October 2016.
It is a requirement that you ‘Register interest’ to provide us with an audit trail of interested organisations.

Please note that there is a pass/ fail element to the tender. This is a competitive tender and the contract will then be awarded to the contractor deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender using the following evaluation model:

· Quality 20%
