<p>***Advert Updated to include Agenda***<br /><br />Dear Colleague,<br /><br /><strong>Working together to meet the needs of Cornish children and give them a better future<br /><br /></strong><strong>Virtual workshop on Thursday 11^th February 2021 &ndash; placements and support for young people with complex emotional health and wellbeing needs <br /><br /></strong>Cornwall is hosting a virtual workshop with potential providers to look at how we can work together to support young people, 16-25 years, with complex emotional health and wellbeing needs, particularly in regard to step down from tier 4.&nbsp; We would like to invite you to join us.<br /><br />At the workshop we will set out the landscape in Cornwall and what we want for your children and young people and how we want to work in the future.&nbsp; There will be short presentations from our health colleagues covering managing traumas, risk and self-harming / self-injurious behaviour and the importance of, and working with children and young people with ASD and/or LD.&nbsp; We will work together in a co-design session looking at the best options for future development.<br /><br /><strong>Should you wish to attend the event, please email Joanne.Lawry@cornwall.gov.uk requesting a link to the MS Teams invitation.</strong><br /><br />We hope that you can join us and we look forward to meeting you.&nbsp; We hope that you will find this session helpful and work with us in Cornwall.&nbsp;</p>
