Description
Dorset Council are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and innovative providers for the provision of cafe/bar services at Potterne Park, Verwood, Dorset.
The current provision is delivered in-house and the Council is looking to outsource this to a suitable provider who can grow the service offering under a Concession Contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with us in creating a vibrant and welcoming space for our community.
Scope of Services: The successful provider will be responsible for:
• Offering a diverse menu of high-quality food and beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, cocktails, and light meals.
• Creating a unique and inviting atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.
• Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Interested organisation are asked to submit their expressions of interest to the contact address contained within the attached document, no later than 11th July.
Subject to interest, the Council anticipates carrying out a tender process for these requirements in the coming months.
