PLACE 005 Derbyshire Low Emissions Vehicle Demand Assessment SMT

<p>Derbyshire County Council is seeking to commission external support to help identify demand for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, both public facing and on-street. This would be a countywide assessment of demand. This is a Soft Market Testing Exercise to better understand the market of organisations which would have the capability and expertise to undertake this assessment.</p>
<p>We are aiming to Procure this requirement during Q3 2021, with a view to the Contract starting soon after and no later than early Q4 2021.</p>
<p>Until feedback has been received from this SMT regarding any suitable National Frameworks which would be suitable for this study, no decision has been made on the Procurement Route, however in the event that the Council will be not utilising a Framework, the process will be as follows:</p>
<p>1. As it is anticipated that the cost of this study will not exceed &pound;30,000, internal regulations require that the Council to invite organisations to place bids, therefore the opportunity will not be advertised openly.</p>
<p>2. As we value your input into this Soft Market Test we will be inviting all organisations which formally respond to this SMT to place a formal bid for this work.</p>
<p>3. Once &lsquo;Request for Quotations&rsquo; (RFQ) are released, you will have a period of 15 days to respond and bids will be evaluated on both Price &amp; Quality. (The Evaluation Criteria will be confirmed in the RFQ)</p>
