• 7855i + Stapler + Finisher + Extra 500 sheet tray
• There a requirement for secure printing (pin code for print release) this needs to be able to linked
with Microsoft active directory.
• Guests come into the office every day with mobile devices (tablets/laptops) and are not allowed
to connect to the network, but need to be able to print, so the printer would need to have ability
for an unnetworked
(guest) laptop or tablet to wirelessly connect to the printer and print securely
without being able to see the underlying network.
• the pin code function, this will need to interface with Microsoft active directory to be IG compliant
• black and white/A4 and average 1600 sheets per day, the majority of printing happens in the
morning first thing.
• 16 sheets per task, approximately 20 tasks per day. Averaging 320 sheets per day
• There are three office managers that print between 18 to 20 sheets per day in colour.
• There is a requirement for printing in A3 between 5 and 7 sheets per day.
• There is a requirement for duplex printing to save on printing costs.
• Majority of printing is in black and white but equipment would need the ability to print in colour.
• There is also a requirement for secure printing (pin code for print release)
