2145/T/TL/ES - Supply and Install Blinds Trust Wide

As part of Rotherham, Doncaster & South Humberside NHS Trust’s policy, any project/job over a specific value requires either 3 quotations or a tender raising, which works well for large projects. However we also have to take into account our cumulative spend over a 12 month period with each contractor. This is where we have problems, in that we have a number of projects that fall within the value thresholds per job but cumulatively over the year we exceed the financial spend per supplier.

The contract is for one year. (2015– 2016 annual spend = £35,000), however the value cannot be guaranteed for the 2016 – 2017 period.

We have identified the most commonly used fabrics, slats, etc used within the Trust over the past 12 months. NB any large projects that fall outside of the tender specs will be tendered/quoted separately.

I understand that suppliers use different methods to cost up jobs therefore I have included in the package two options. Could you please price using either or both options if your costing process allows?
