<p>Cleaning Services for BCP Council. This contract has been divided into lots which are:</p>

<li style="margin-left: 0">Lot 1 – Corporate Buildings</li>
<li style="margin-left: 0">Lot 2 – Public Conveniences</li>
<li style="margin-left: 0">Lot 3 – General Fund Residential Properties</li>
</ul>

<p>BCP Council reserves the right to make adjustments to the scope of the contract for all Lots through either the addition or removal of sites throughout the contract duration.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>It is anticipated that the contract will start on 01 April 2023 for a period of three years with the option to extend annually for a further two years (3+1+1). Therefore, if both extensions are taken, the full length of the contract will be for five years.</p>
