Croydon Council has arranged a series of workshops on the application process for providers who wish to apply to join the DPS 1: Care and Support in the Home & Active Lives. These events are optional and have been arranged for providers who need further guidance on how to apply to join the DPS and complete the Selection Questionnaire


LOT 1 only: Care and Support in the Home.
Care and Support in the Home: To provide Home Care and Reablement services within the community including personal care and practical support to enable people to remain in their own home whilst promoting independence and maintaining quality of life

LOT 2:
Active Lives & Day opportunities: Providing working age adults and older people with community based active lives activities and/or buildings based day opportunities to promote their quality of life and enable independence


LOT 3:
Short term Outreach: Providing time limited support to assist working age adults and/or older people develop the skills and confidence to live in their communities and access local resources to help them achieve this.

To register your attendance at these event please email healthandsocialcaredps@croydon.gov.uk clearly stating which event you are interested in, with the name of your company and the names of the delegates and a contact e-mail address.

(Maximum 2 delegates per organisation. However, we may restrict this to 1 delegate per organisation depending on demand). Following this, we will send an agenda to all organisations responding to this notice

The Council is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in this exercise. Any procurement of any services, supplies or works by the Council in due course will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions in the UK and EU Procurement Regulations.
