Bournemouth Borough Council is seeking a supplier to operate a vintage funfair within the Waterfront site at Pier Approach, Bournemouth for selected dates throughout 2018. The funfair will complement other attractions on the Seafront.
The operator will be required to provide a high quality vintage funfair offering a mixture of rides and stalls, full details of which should be supplied as part of the tender response. All rides and stalls are to fit within the vintage theme with appropriate decoration and to a good standard. No “extreme” rides will be considered. Bournemouth Borough Council reserves the right to remove a ride if it does not conform to the Vintage theme.
The sale of products or catering will not be permitted.
The Vintage Funfair will complement existing offers both in the Waterfront and elsewhere on the Seafront. The site is available for operation during the following dates:
• 26th March 2018 to 6th April 2018
• 9th April 2018 to 22nd June 2018
• 16th July 2018 to 19th August 2018
