The Oldham and Rochdale Construction Section Networking Events have been developed and are led by private sector companies with support from Greater Manchester Chamber, Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council to help businesses in the region benefit from construction opportunities in their area.
By working with the public sector, we want to help businesses in both areas understand what opportunities are available and how the tendering process works. This event will focus on the development and construction opportunities in both Boroughs. Keepmoat will be attending the event to talk about supply chain opportunities and how to get involved for an up and coming major project in Oldham at Limehurst Village to deliver 135 new homes, please see web link for further details - https://www.keepmoat.com/about-us/news/%C2%A315m-new-home-scheme-to-open-in-oldham . We will also give an overview of smaller capital projects from both Councils as well as the usual updates on existing projects.
