Scope:
Ashford Borough Council recently started work on a second-round application to the Heritage Lottery Fund Parks for People programme for Victoria Park and Watercress Fields.
To help develop the project and support the second-round bid, we would like to appoint an experienced activity and interpretation planning team to work with us to research and prepare our activity plan, including developing interpretation themes and a framework for project evaluation, all in line with current HLF Parks for People guidance.

Term:
The term of the commission will be for 7 months.

Quotation Evaluation
Your quotation will be evaluated 70% Quality and 30% Cost.

The Quality aspect will be evaluated on your response to the questions posed in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) attached.

The Cost aspect will be evaluated whereby the lowest priced tender will score 30% and other prices will score less as a percentage of the lowest price.

We may invite companies who attain the highest scores for interview.

Contract Award:
The company who submits the most economically advantageous quotation based on an assessment of quality and cost will be awarded the work.

6) The Start/End dates in this advert are indicative, and will be agreed with the Contract Administration, but it is envisaged that works will commence/end in the months specified.
