Description
Interested organisations that wish to attend the Bidders’ Day should follow the Eventbrite link to register on a session.

The Bidders’ Day is intended to be an open forum for engagement with the market and to discuss ideas for the improvement of the framework agreement, not only in the specification / requirements, but also the process and procedures used in awarding and managing work. The Council will take comments and ideas on board, however, will be limited to what it extend it can implement useful suggestions due to legislation governing public procurement and internal rules.

Documentation has been provided for interested parties, these are the previous competition documentation used in 2013. As soon as latest draft of these documents is available it will be shared.

These documents will be updated and refreshed to reflect new ways of working; current best practice; the new process; and new specification. Interested parties are invited to provide comments on these documents and the process used to award the framework agreement as well as the process used to award contracts under the framework agreement in order to feed into the updating and improvement activities for the new documents.

Interested parties should provide comments via the messages function of the Chest

The framework agreement is not for the procurement of Works, only Professional Services.
