Event stewarding & security for Out of This World & Christmas Lights

<p>Out Of This World Sunday 24 October 2021 The Out Of This World event (Sheffield&rsquo;s Festival of Sci-fi, magic and Halloween) takes place across the city centre on Sunday 27 October. This will be the 7th event and is a family friendly event with approx. 35,000 to 40,000 attendees throughout the event that takes place from 10.30am to 5,30pm. The event is split into themed zones and includes activities such as street entertainment, costume displays, stage sets, movie and TV car displays, illusion sideshows, comicon and trade stalls, children&rsquo;s characters, fairground and workshops. Christmas Lights Sunday 21 November 2021 The Christmas Lights switch on event takes place in the city centre on Sunday 21 November. This is a family friendly event with traditional Christmas activities including Christmas market, Santa&rsquo;s Grotto, Christmas themed street entertainment, children&rsquo;s character meet and greets, craft stalls, choirs and musical entertainment, storytelling and fairground. There will also be a couple of Christmas bars operating during the event. The event will culminate in simultaneous switch on events at two or three locations around the Town hall area, most likely with a short fireworks display. The event runs from 2pm to 6.30pm with the switch on at 5.30pm (TBC).</p>
