<p>The contract will include, but not limited to, the following • Reactive and Repair service for communal laundry equipment. • A 24/7, 365/6 days a year, emergency call out service • 24 hour emergency call out response service • To carry out an annual preventative maintenance service and Cp12 inspections, where applicable. • The installation of laundry equipment, where and when required • The cleaning of Ducts every 12 months.</p>
