Your invite to our Market Engagement Breakfast event

Venue: Thursday 13 June 2019, from 10am to 12 noon at Tokko Youth Space, 7 Gordon St, Luton, LU1 2QP.

Dear Tenderers,

I am writing to invite you to a market engagement event ahead of the procurement of Specialist Marketing Design and Print Services which will soon be advertised by Luton Council.

The breakfast event is organised by the communications and procurement teams at Luton Council. Join us for coffee and pastries from 10am, followed by a presentation at 10.30am which will outline: the context of this piece of work and our objectives; an outline of the framework we are proposing; and an introduction to the underpinning procurement and contractual arrangements. There will also be an overview of the online platform that will manage the process for outsourcing work, presented by Panacea Software.

The remainder of the session will be left open for networking and a chance to ask any further questions of staff. Please find attached our proposed lot description/specifications document which will also be available to view and we would welcome your feedback either in person or via our email address at the bottom of this letter. The output from this event will be incorporated into the tender documentation before they are published.

Following this event, we will publish the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation together as part of suite of documents for the Open Procedure procurement option we intend to use.

In order to view the tender documentation once it has been released, you will need to register on ProContract: https://procontract.due-north.com/Login

You are welcome to email any comments or further questions either in advance of, or following, the event to pressoffice@luton.gov.uk

We look forward to meeting you and receiving your feedback.

Yours sincerely,
Sarah Cox
