Note: Any questions or clarifications MUST be received via the Messaging facility on this eProcurement Portal only (as also stated below). Also, if you are unable to complete an Expression of interest, this is likely to be due to this having already been registered e.g., via the previous PME notification (an individual contact/Workgroup cannot complete more than once). Please check your Activities area in this case instead (or otherwise contact Proactis Supplier Support for any other system related help).

ESPO invites Tenders for a Framework for the supply of art papers and board for delivery to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester, and to individual ESPO Customer's premises.

The Framework is divided into 8 lots:

Lot 1. Bulk Paper Packs
Lot 2. Poster, Display and Corrugated Paper
Lot 3. Sugar and Crepe Paper
Lot 4. Miscellaneous Paper
Lot 5. Recycled Tinted Dyed Card
Lot 6. Virgin Tinted Dyed Card
Lot 7. Coated Card
Lot 8. Mount Board and Foam Board

Once the initial period of the contract has ended (i.e., 31 March 2027), there is an option to extend the framework by up to a further 35 months. This is dependent on ESPO, ESPO Customers, and market needs, as well as the performance of sales.

The total estimated value stated includes the option to extend the framework as noted above.
