Marketing Campaign for Activities and Services at Sefton Libraries

Sefton Libraries was recently awarded funding from Library On for a project called ‘Sefton Libraries Live’ which will use a variety of digital video and other media to promote the ongoing services of the libraries in the community. We want to use the adverts to reach non-users, digital only users, and those unaware of our community offer. We want to work closely with a design studio and creatives within that to create a range of digital assets and video work. These include:

Video and graphic content for digital billboards

Video and graphic content for digital screens within the libraries and council buildings

A minimum of at least 3, 2-minute-long videos promoting the library and its services for social media to increase our reach and following. At the Library (our partnered arts project), our activities aimed at children and families, and the Sefton Libraries Digital Offer will be the focus of the videos.
We want each video to be of the same style - they could combine illustration, animation, and video

They should combine film taken at events inside the libraries combining them with other media that could potentially include illustration and animation to create dynamic assets for a variety of platforms

We’re looking for a studio with demonstrable experience doing this kind of work who can cover each element of design in-house

The studio with work closely with the Sefton Libraries and At the Library teams on the overall design concept of the project
