All additional height to suit the new cut to falls insulation, and maintain a minimum 150mm above finished roof, will be included for in the new roof light

Roof light 32 has an existing solid timber kerb that is 100mm wide. Contractor must remove existing adapter kerb style roof light, leaving in place the weathered timber kerb below. All additional height to suit the new cut to falls insulation, and maintain a minimum 150mm above finished roof, will be included for in the new roof light

All ventilation is on a like for like basis, as discussed on site with Derbyshire County Council

Roof lights 39, 40, 41 and 50 are very close to adjacent hall. Further surveys are required to determine if these can be over sleeved properly or not, or if they have to change spec. These units have been allowed for as over sleeves for the purpose of the quote, as
agreed with Derbyshire County Council
