Description
Wigan Council is seeking to procure a panel of contractors to be part of a framework agreement for some additional building and associated works of varied values per works / project, that were not successfully tendered for in a previous framework. The type of works may be both planned and reactive works carried out on a variety of premises.

The intended make-up of the Framework Part 2 is for the creation of a number of individual Lots covering specific areas of work. Cleaning, Clearing of Social Housing, Painting, Garage Doors, Various Flooring, Metal Gates & Fencing, Soft & Hard Groundworks, providing the best opportunity for the broadest range of Prospective Providers to apply for and be successful in joining the Framework. The framework agreement will consist of the following lots:

Lot 11a - Cleaning of Dispersed / Furnished Properties - Social Housing and Void Properties
Lot 12 - Clearing of Social Housing
Lot 13a - Painting and Decorating including Graffiti Removal - Social Housing
Lot 13b - Painting and Decorating including Graffiti Removal - Other Premises and Sites
Lot 14 - Garage Doors - Fit New and Repair Existing
Lot 16a - Flooring Tiling - Social Housing
Lot 16b - Flooring Carpets - Social Housing
Lot 16c - Flooring Various (All Uses) - Other Premises and Sites
Lot 20a - Metal Gates and Fencing - Social Housing
Lot 20b - Metal Gates and Fencing - Other Premises and Sites
Lot 29a - Groundwork (Hard) - Social Housing
Lot 29b - Groundwork (Soft) - Social Housing
