Important action required - new registration on Buckinghamshire contract portal

As a valued delivery partner, we wanted to make you aware that we are changing the way we issue and manage contracts.



We are merging two existing systems into one to improve efficiency and require you to register your business on our new In-tend portal. This will only take you a few minutes and is critical to ensure you can access all relevant updates and information about your contract with the council and to ensure we can communicate with you.

We would be very grateful if you could complete your registration as soon as possible so that we may continue to receive notifications of opportunities available within Buckinghamshire Council.

Do all existing providers / delivery partners have to re-register?



Yes, UNLESS you are part of one of the following Buckinghamshire DPS:



Client Transport

Homecare

Supported Living



Providers that are part of one of these systems will receive a separate communication and should carry on as usual for the time being.



Do I need to re-register if I am already registered with In-tend for another contract?



Yes, although you may already be registered on In-tend for other Local Authorities, you must register on our Buckinghamshire portal. It is very quick and easy to register your information with us.







Are there any costs involved for my business?



No, registering on In-tend Buckinghamshire is free of charge.



Will this change the way my business is paid?



No, the system changes do not include those related to paying suppliers.



When do I have to register by?



You MUST register as soon as possible.



What happens if I don’t register?



Although your existing contracts will not be affected you will NOT receive notifications about new opportunities until you have registered on In-tend Buckinghamshire.
