Note: Any questions or clarifications MUST be received via the Messaging facility on this eProcurement Portal only (as also stated below). Also, if you are unable to complete an Expression of interest, this is likely to be due to this having already been registered via a previous notification e.g., the PME notice (an individual contact/Workgroup cannot complete more than once). ESPO are establishing a national framework for the inspection and maintenance of sports equipment including traditional equipment, fitness equipment and sports equipment. It also includes outdoor trim trails and activity play areas.

The Framework is NOT divided into lots.

Once the initial period of the framework has ended (i.e., 31 January 2028), there is the option to extend the framework agreement for a further period or periods up until to 23 June 2030 (and which is subject to the performance of the framework).

The total estimated framework value stated includes the option to extend as noted above.
