Description
Buckinghamshire Council is preparing an Invitation to Tender for undertaking the following work involved in delivering a public realm scheme in White Hart Street, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

In summary this scheme is proposing higher quality materials. Please note that the detailed design is not due to be completed until mid-June.

- Yorkstone paving
- Granite kerbing
- Block paved carriageway
- Associated drainage changes
- Kerbline adjustments
- Wall mounted lighting/gobo lighting columns
- Minimal utility diversions
- CCTV relocation - installation of CCTV base and electrical connection, a separate CCTV contractor will supply/commission CCTV column and equipment

We are intending to run an open tender process via the Pro Contract portal in late June/early July 2024. If you are interested in providing a quote and have resource to complete this work by 12 June 2024 please submit your expression of interest via the portal and we'll arrange for you to receive a further notification once the tender package is live on the portal.

The tender package will include a full set of drawings with Bill of Quantities along with PCI, (Pre Construction Information documents). Please can you advise if you are interested and have the necessary resource available to undertake this work by responding and expressing your interest no later than midday on Wednesday 12 June 2024. See attached the General Arrangement plans of the overall scheme, highlighting the extents of the scheme for your initial review.

Atkins Realis have been commissioned to act as Principal Designer, Project Manager and Supervisor to undertake the works. Your company will be required to act as Principal Contractor for the works delivery.
