<p>This Request for Quotation is a reissue of the one which was published in November 2020. The university did not award a contract at that time. The National Innovation Centre for Rural Enterprise is a newly established, multi-University research centre focused on achieving a step change in the quality, breadth, and use of evidence and insight on rural enterprise and innovation, to raise their performance and elevate policy design and delivery to unlock their wider potential. To complement and support NICRE’s teams of researchers and analysts, we are keen to procure services of consultant(s) who are well connected with policy and business communities, experienced in translating evidence for decision makers and advisors, and who share our ambition to raise the performance and recognition of England’s rural enterprises and their contributions to sustainable economies.</p>
