Description
This is a call-off Framework Agreement and the successful
Supplier(s) will be required to provide a comprehensive range of Street Lighting Columns and associated fittings.

Deliveries, against official orders, will be on an as and when required basis to multiple delivery points within the administrative areas of Contracting Authorities.

Contracting Authorities requirements have been split into eight Lots. It is the Council’s intention to award each Lot separately. Potential Supplier(s) are able to tender for one or more Lot(s).

Lot 1 Tubular Steel Columns with Glass Reinforced Epoxy Root Protection
Lot 2 Tubular Steel Columns with Thermo-plastic Root Protection
Lot 3 Tubular Steel Columns with full Thermo-plastic Protection
Lot 4 Raise and Lower Columns with Glass Reinforced Epoxy Root Protection
Lot 5 Raise and Lower Columns with Thermo-plastic Root Protection
Lot 6 Sheet Steel Columns with Glass Reinforced Epoxy Root Protection
Lot 7 Sheet Steel Columns with Thermo-plastic Root Protection
Lot 8 Sheet Steel Columns with full Thermo-plastic Protection

Following this tender exercise, a maximum number of three bidders for lots 1,2,3,4,5 ,6 7 and 8 who achieve the highest weighted tender scores will be awarded a position on the Framework ranked in order of their scores achieved at tender stage.

NEPO intends to make the resulting agreement available for use by all Contracting Authorities throughout all administrative regions of the UK (as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015) including but not limited to Government Departments and their Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, Central Government, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Coastguard Emergency Services, Educational Establishments, Registered Social Landlords and Registered Charities who have a need to purchase the above services
