Repair and Maintenance of Passenger Lifts
Main contract details
The successful bidder will have the capacity and expertise to offer a reliable call out service with sufficient resource to maintain all lifts at multiple sites throughout the Council’s estate, and will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the lifts at all sites detailed in the tender documents.
It is expected that the site list will change throughout the contract term, and the Council reserve the rights to add or remove sites to the contract requirements by giving the supplier 3 months notice.
The contract shall comprise of the following:
• Planned Maintenance (annual servicing)
• Emergency Maintenance
• Special and Additional Tests
• Additional Works
