The Council seeks Quotes for the construction of three single storey bathroom extensions with disabled adaptions at the addresses listed below.
2 Elgar Road:
The works are to extend and alter the existing semi detached bungalow at 2 Elgar Road, with a single storey rear extension to create an additional ground floor bathroom, all in accordance with the supplied drawings, specification and this schedule of works.
2 Englands Way:
The works are to extend and alter the existing end-terraced house at 2 Englands Way, to convert an existing room to a ground floor bedroom with en-suite shower room, and extend the existing living room in a rear extension, all in accordance with the supplied drawings, specification and this schedule of works.
72 Maclean Road:
The works are to extend and alter the existing semi detached house at 72 Maclean Road, with a single storey rear extension to create a ground floor shower room and lobby, all in accordance with the supplied drawings, specification and this schedule of works.
The Council requires one supplier to complete the works on all properties.
