<p>Vehicles with Drivers are required to transport children &amp; students to various locations in the East of Cheshire and surrounding areas. Detailed information of routes, days of operation, whether wheelchair accessible vehicles are required and whether Passenger Assistants are required, will be detailed in the tender documentation. Transport Service Solutions (TSS herein), gives no guarantee or warranty or makes any representation as to the accuracy of any indicative volumes or as to the value of the work during the contract period. Possible variations to lots: should this occur, updated information will be provided via The Chest website only and it remains your responsibility to ensure your bid reflects any changes which may have been published on The Chest following the launch of the opportunity. TSS may exercise an option to offer an extension to the original contract term but cannot guarantee any such extension. The successful operator(s) will need to complete contract documentation prior to the contract start date and return such documents via secure e-mail to contractsandperformance@transportservicesolutions.co.uk A copy of TSS current terms and conditions will be published with the tender documents and it will be deemed that you have read and accept the terms and conditions in its entirety before accepting any award. TSS reserves the right not to award any of the published lots and withdraw from offering the opportunity attached to this advertisement in part or in whole without publishing the reasons for its withdrawal. Instructions to Suppliers: Please note that all bids must be submitted using the EXCEL spreadsheet which will accompany the documents. Failure to return the completed spreadsheet will invalidate any submission made via any other platform. In line with the Public Procurement Regulations 2015 section 34 clause 11, the time limit for receipt of submitted tenders will be 10 days from the date on which the opportunity is published.
