St Helens Council Market Engagement for Integrated Wellbeing Services

In advance of any potential Tendering exercise St Helens Council wants to engage with the market and understand the capability and capacity of Providers in being able to deliver an Integrated Wellbeing Service.

The proposed Integrated Wellbeing Service will need to address the requirements as described in the Background Information document.

The Integrated Wellbeing service would require integration of the following:
1. Smoking cessation Service (all age)
2. Specialist Weight Management Service (all age)
3. Healthy Living Services which includes the following:
- Health Trainers
- Exercise Referral
- Breastfeeding
- Infant Feeding
- Mental Wellbeing
- Oral Health
- Community Activity & Health Walks
- Fit 4 All (Community & Schools)
- Food Workers
- Volunteering
- Long Term Conditions programme

Providers are invited to review the Background Information and undertake one of the following actions:
1. Complete and return the attached Response Form and request an appointment to meet with the Council between the 3rd - 11th September 2018 to discuss further. Please note the Council will only arrange appointments where the Response Form has been completed and returned. Deadline for return of the Response form is 30th August 2018 @ 12 noon

2. Complete and return the attached Response Form without requesting an appointment to meet. Deadline for return of the Response form is 30th August 2018 @ 12 noon
