<p>The contract has been divided into two lots.</p>
<p>Providers must only respond to the Lot to which they are interested in bidding for.</p>
<p>Providers may bid for more than one Lot.</p>
<p>Lot 1 - DurhamWorks (Durham Directions) – Employment Routeways</p>
<p>This project is funded through the European Structural & Investment Funds</p>
<p>DurhamWorks is looking for Providers who can deliver tailored bespoke support to 16-24 year old participants who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET)/unemployed with a specific focus of progressing participants into paid employment (other outcomes may be fundable). Participants must be • Generic NEET • Minimum of 20 participants per employment routeway bid • Maximum of 30 participants per employment routeway bid • Maximum of three different employment routeway sectors per bidder</p>

<p>This project is funded through the European Structural & Investment Funds (ESIF) and the Youth Employment Initiative</p>
<p>DurhamWorks is looking for Providers who can deliver tailored bespoke support to 16-24 year old participants who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET)/unemployed with a specific focus of progressing participants into paid employment (other outcomes may be fundable). Participants must be: • young people or young adults aged 16 – 24 yrs. old inclusively, based on age at the start of the programme. Young people aged 15 can be engaged after the official school leaving date. • County Durham residents living within the boundaries of Durham County Council. • NEET/unemployed at the start of the programme. • Minimum of 20 participants per employment routeway bid • Maximum of 30 participants per employment routeway bid • Maximum of three different employment routeway sectors per bidder</p>
<p>We are welcoming bids to deliver programmes across all employment sectors however you should pay attention to the most popular sectors our demographic of young people are interested in where there are recognised and realistic opportunities for progression to Employment , Apprenticeships, Traineeships or Further Education.</p>
