Accent Housing Limited are looking to purchase and have installed Audio / Video conferencing equipment into the Video Conferencing facility situated on the 2nd floor at the Head Office, Charlestown House, Baildon, BD17 7SW.

The equipment will need to replace our existing equipment and provide a modern and fit for purpose solution for our requirements. We currently use Skype for Business so interoperability with S4B is a must.

The VC room is a 6 sided glass walled room situated in the middle of an office with 2 entrance doors. The room has a partial solid wall on one side and the glass walls are partly frosted for privacy purposes.

Photos can be supplied to provide some perspective to the style and layout of the room.
It has a solid concrete floor with limited access from the ceiling below. There is power and network available in the room however cabling is to be kept to a minimum.

Based on initial specification, we would like to invite pricing for the supply, installation and support (for 3 years) for the following equipment (or similar).

Pricing to include any cables, columns, ties and discreet trunking where required.

Equipment (alternative options can be proposed as long as they will work with Skype for Business)
