Swindon Borough Council is considering a tender competition for a contract to service and maintain and inspect a number of air conditioning systems.
SBC are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and highly experienced contractors for the carrying out of the maintenance, inspection and repair of air conditioning systems at SBC's properties. The works will involve inspecting most properties annually, including servicing the units and inspection of one property on a monthly basis. The air conditioning systems are in sheltered accommodation, tower blocks and blocks of flats as well as a variety of other properties. These number 18 in total and there are differing numbers of units per property. A full list and information will be provided only at RFQ stage later.
Please note that this is a SOFT MARKET TEST at this stage. Tender documents will be available when the RFQ is launched at a later date and are not needed or supplied with this exercise at the moment.
